their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened skincare products
unless they are defective.

International Returns
Customers outside Ghana may return products within 21 days of delivery if they are unused,
unopened, and in their original packaging.
Opened skincare products cannot be returned unless defective.

applicable taxes unless the product was delivered incorrectly or is faulty.
Refunds will be issued in the original payment currency. Please note that exchange rate
