Within Ghana: Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, unopened,
and in original packaging.
International: Products may be returned within 21 days of delivery under the same
conditions.
For hygiene and safety, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless defective.
Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item, and will be issued to
your original payment method.
