Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on products within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Items such as scar repair cream, 2-in-1 shampoo & body wash, nourishing lip balm, and similar personal care products cannot be returned if opened for hygiene reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

For the safety of our customers, the following products are non-returnable:

  • Scented & Unscented Body Washes
  • Serene Oil, Soothing Itch Relief Salve, Multi-Purpose Healing Balm
  • Comforting Nipple Cream, Coconut Oil, and Hydrating Shea & Mango Body Butter

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@nkoala.com with your order number and photos of the product. We will be happy to replace the item or issue a refund where applicable.

Return Process
